Great product for the money. Hard to install. It only comes with wire nuts and electrical tape to install. I bought waterproof wire nuts but still have to splice every connection. Most landscape light have clamp on connectors. These you have to cut wire at each light and splice them in which make install tough. I bought these to light a pathway on one side of the house that was dark. These lights look great and give off a nice warm light. I pointed them up the side of the house under the plants so it makes that area look like it's a hotel. Very good set of lights if you want to give your property some more appeal. Great product, works well and brightens up house, trees or foliage. Do not use their silly little wire nuts. You need to use a true waterproof connector. I watched a few videos to familiarize myself with the installation process and recommend you do the same. I rarely leave reviews but these lights make my house look way more expensive. I never did anything electrical before this, and the key to setting them up yourself is to have two wires go to each light. One wire gets connected to the last one which goes back to the power source, and the other one will go to the next light. Make sure to wrap each connection very well with electrical tape so it's water tight (too much is ok because you're burying it anyway). I'd also recommend buying a timer so…

Lights are well constructed, kit comes complete with hardware to install, you supply low voltage feed wire to lights in the length you require. Would have been 5 stars if the transformer was auto sensing on at night/off at daylight, but sadly it's one you have to turn on/off manually every day. These were easy to install and exactly the brightness I was looking for. My house looks much more sophisticated now, lol. We’ll see if they stand the test of time. I bought a small silicon tube and sealed around the front lens. I used the supplied wire clamps and then pushed silicon into the open ends then wrapped them completely in the supplied black electrical tape. Incredible lighting, but decent wiring and go find yourself a water proof transformer. I have this hooked up to a VeSync smart outlet on a timer and it works amazing. The pics above were after I installed. You will have to splice the cables and buy something to tap into the wire you get but worth the trouble. Took me about 4-6 hrs on a Saturday to do it all.

Overall they’re ok. The transformer is not waterproof and should not be in the elements, which made things difficult since these were installed outside. There is no dusk to dawn sensor, so if you’re using what they provide you, you will need to rely on the switch connected to the transformer. If you’re running this in landscaping you’ll need to put the switch somewhere easy to access and out of the elements. Love the lights and how they worked for my application. I mounted them under my garage eves for down lights on the front of my garage. They work perfect for this application. I purchased the 10 light kit and used 9 of the lights for my design.a spare if one goes out in the future. I have been using these lights for a week now, and here are initial comments:-- Packaging comes with most things needed - 10 Lights, 1 Transformer, 40 Wire Crimp Connectors, 2 Electrical Tapes.- I had to separately buy a 100 ft 14/2 wire (you may chose 16/2 if the run length is shorter), and needed a wire cutter and a utility knife to complete the install without any professional help.- Overall construction of metallic casing looks sturdy vs plastic ones in some other lights.- Lights are bright

The lights are pretty good and have survived a northeast winter with snow, heavy rains, etc with no issues. However the transformer gave up and even though the seller states 2 year warranty, there is no way to get hold of them to get a replacement transformer. It's a shame as just upgrading this part can really improve overall satisfaction based on all the transformer complaints here.

Really like these lights. They are bright and look great at night. Transformer that is supplied with these is indoor use only so you should plan to buy a waterproof box you can hide or partially bury in your yard. The price is very reasonable. Would have given them 5 stars but the wires to connect the lights are flimsy and the wire nuts are not very good.So I had to buy a lot of much better wire nuts . Remember that you need outside landscape wire to connect the lights and that the transformer is NOT weather proof.The company has good customer service.

The lights themselves are amazing once installed. The low voltage transformer it came with is a joke; why you would not make waterproof is beyond me as these are intended for an outdoor installation. Also, they make clips that make the installation super easy. I bought these for our back yard and they are just the right brightness, much better than solar lights and are a warm white color.I only gave three stars for the "weatherproof” rating because the power supply is not weatherproof. This was not an issue for me as mine is located in my garage but others have left theirs exposed which has led to failures.
