This pillow makes recovery after surgery easier and more comfortable. I struggled to fold the pillows high enough and with enough stability to hold my leg up. The results were awful - I either woke up and my foot fell off the stack, or the stack collapsed, or I couldn't really rest because I had to strain my whole leg to keep it in place on the wobbly tower of pillows . I was unhappy and couldn't sleep. This pillow arrived the same day I ordered it - its thickness is just right to elevate my leg when lying on my back. It's wide enough to comfortably support both feet. The foam is supportive enough that it won't dent or lose its shape, and the pillowcase won't get hot or sweaty. I had no idea the right pillow could make such a difference, I wish I had bought one before my surgery, but I'm so glad I got it in the first place.
