I bought this product because I sit at the computer for a long time at work and after a while I realize that I am slouching and then my back and neck hurt because of the bad shape. I started using this product and it really helps me maintain my posture. I don't feel the pain I'm used to at the end of the day! When I first used it, I noticed that it was digging into my armpits, but I realized I was using it incorrectly. I adjusted (lengthened) the back strap to my body and felt much better. After a few days of use, I also noticed that I was wearing them too tight. I recommend raising your shoulders up and then back and then adjusting your posture corrector to maintain this position without pressure. It is designed to hold this position and not pull your shoulders back. If you have bad posture, you should wear it for a short time and gradually increase the time as your body gets used to better posture. I think it can take a long time if the posture is really bad. The product is well filled and appears to be of good quality. I found it more comfortable to wear without pads, I think pads are for a taller person.
