Required for 2011 Lipper Coach Step Motor Exchange (LCI 171317). First paid a lot of money for a "genuine replacement" from another supplier. As some comments on this seller's reviews warned, the holes for the mounting screws were too small (and it was made in China too). I returned it and risked it with this cheaper motor from Upsource Tech. The screws fit perfectly, the engine runs smoothly. Time will tell if it will hold up, but at least it's backed by a one-year warranty. I'll try to update my review after a few months of use. Now I'm thrilled that the steps are working again. Installed on a 2011 Newmar Baystar with dual Coach Steps. The motor is an exact replacement for part number 300-1406.
