Gets hot quickly. The lid appears to be sealed. If you leave it plugged in, it will continue to heat at a lower wattage to 'stay warm' after the switch and blue light are 'off'. It can burn your tea, coffee. My rice cooker does the same thing, it never shuts off completely. I consider this dangerous and requires your attention.
Pros
- The double-layer thermal insulation really releases the heat and cold of the main body of the kettle, so you can safely touch the surface of the kettle and pour water without burning your hands.
