It makes nice big bakery quality muffins
They are perfect for making those giant muffins you see at the grocery store and are so expensive to buy. I've made several different types so far and they cook very evenly (cooking time around 30 minutes depending on the recipe). As always with Wilton, the quality of the pans themselves is good and looks like they will last for years.
