Review on πŸ”§ Makita XFD03Z Cordless Drill with Lithium Ion Technology by Ricky Habbani

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best so far! in drills

This is my third cordless drill from Makita. The first went in the dumpster after the cartridge stopped working. The second overheated while mixing the liquid solution. Both combined drill, driver and concrete. It doesn't have the function of concrete, which I always thought was a waste of time since I have two SDS drill bits for it, which work a thousand times better for drilling concrete. I need a drill mainly for mixing mortar, grout and joint compound. It's what I do for a living, and while I tinker with tools, I've never found another brand that lasts as long as Makita or works as hard. Without going into criticism of all the other brands I've destroyed, there's a very good reason I keep coming back to Makita. This drill is heavier than the previous ones I've had. The trophy is different too. I've only done a few things with them so far, but I'm impressed with the improvements they've made!
