A port didn't work
I'm pretty sure this product works fine but I just spent an hour trying to get everything to work without success. The problem was that the HDMI A output was defective. I've tried every cable it came with, three of my own, and switched between computers to be 100% sure that no matter what I do to it, that connector just won't work. I'm sure if it wasn't a bug it would have worked. I have requested a refund and found a similar item for about the same price which I hope will work this time.
