I bought this dollhouse for my 3.5 year old son as a gender neutral dollhouse. Overall, I like the look of the dollhouse. It feels pretty solid once assembled, but I wish the bottoms were thicker. They feel like they can't handle many games. The biggest crap were the headlights! We've had one that the magnet doesn't even stick to and all three will drain the battery in no time! I'm talking about leaving the light on for an hour or two and it gets very dim or even flickers on and off. We also have one of the side panels with an upside down window, which really worries me as it's obvious. It is difficult for a small child to open the garage door - it works, but easily gets stuck when trying to pull it out. Not sure why they didn't push the lawn all the way under the house instead of stopping halfway. Otherwise the quality is pretty good and I like the canopy and included furniture. The details and colors on the walls are lovingly kept in pleasant tones.
