How to torment.

It was oh**** but I LOVE IT! I've been looking for the right wallpaper for weeks and I keep coming back to this one. That's great! I bought different types and patterns to test, but the quality and pattern is much better on this one. The rest looked like real contact paper. The tweed background hides wall imperfections and application imperfections well. To be honest it also hides the seams really well especially if you end up drinking a bunch of wine and just cut it up into a million little pieces and apply it to smaller 2ft by 2ft patches. (Looks. Awesome. I've added a picture so you can see one of the worst stitches, try to find it on the wall!) The people who said it was easy to paste must be professional wallpaper hangers. It's just torture. It sticks to itself but comes off easily. Adhesion to the walls was very good, but my walls don't have much structure (they used to be papered and painted). The color is not dark anthracite, but light gray. Get this paper! The only thing you will regret is 17 hours of your life that you will never get back. And a hangover. Update with photos of the second area I covered! It happened much faster and occupied a much larger area. I'm sticking with my How to Eat an Elephant method of cutting this paper into bite-sized pieces. Seriously, very forgiving and MUCH easier to work with. I would like to add that this paper cannot be handled by hand as it will stretch and the seams will not align at all. Don't buy this if you are a perfectionist. After the second application I will say - I: 1; wallpaper: 1

Pros
  • SIZE: 1 roll = 20.5 inches wide x 16.5 feet long = 28 square ft. Made in USA. We do not recommend applying it to textured surfaces or matte or flat painted surfaces. Be sure to use rollers from the same color batch to avoid discoloration. The lot number is located next to the barcode on the label.
