I bought this for a knee injury. The sleeve offers excellent support. The sleeve fitted well, my knee was 14 inches. I bought a small one and had to do some stretching first to make the brace a bit wider, the process was easy and worked by adding about 1/3" to 1/2" to the sleeve. The ability to compress and hold this brace in place makes it ideal for its intended use. The sleeve does not slip during training. I even wore it to sleep - it's very comfortable. I have provided the dimensions from the Pro-Tec website. You can determine the correct size by measuring just above the kneecap (Pro-Tec recommends tightening the cuff by measuring just above the patella, which is the center of the kneecap). I have found this to be an exceptional cuff for compression and support, especially when healing from an injury. And the support retains its elasticity.
