I like that it is stainless steel inside and out and is a good size and shape. However, the description says it can be washed in the dishwasher, which is not the case. Please note that the care instructions provided as well as the inscription on the rubber seal on the underside indicate that it is hand wash only. The cup failed for two reasons. First, when washing, water entered the cup. If a hot drink is poured into it after exiting the dishwasher, that water will be pushed out (I assume the gas inside is expanding) and the mug will end up in a puddle of water. This happened after two washes and the behavior remains the same after a few dozen uses. Second, the round rubber gasket at the bottom of the cup came loose after a few months so the bottom of the cup is now stainless steel, not very nice steel. Seams are visible.
