I really like that it allows me to do all of this very easily while still feeling safe with my email being stored securely within an enterprise firewall/firewall service. It's easy for clients as well because they don't have any additional software necessary to set alerts aside from their web browser or mobile device! You can use TouchBasing without purchasing an account, but you would need to create individual user accounts per client instead. This is helpful if you are trying to send out emails often and want them synced between multiple users (client, admin). We've been able fix issues such as our monthly billing cycle automatically rolling over when we didn't receive payment after 90 days. Having those automated checks make us feel so much more secure knowing that everything has run smoothly during months where there might otherwise be problems getting paid by new customers or renewals coming due etc. It is very simple to use, it's highly customizable and has all the features I need.It integrates with Salesforce so we can have our sales team keep track of opportunities that are coming in. The only thing I dislike is that we cannot create templates for different types of emails or send out mass emails. If you are looking for an easy way to send emails to multiple contacts at once then this tool is what you need. We use it daily to send emails to leads.
