I'm 5'3, 130ish pounds and I ordered the medium. I don't like anything too fitted, so for me.this fit was perfect. It was tight enough to look feminine and highlight the curves I have, but loose enough that I was comfortable. I didn't feel like I had a wedgie and it was almost dress like. I am wider in my stomach area, so most rompers accentuate that, but not this beautiful thing!
