I was concerned about the other reviews because some were broken but I liked the colors and decided to take a risk and see what happens. I was pleasantly surprised that it was tightly packed with several layers of bubble wrap and a cardboard box. I can report that mine arrived safely. It's true that it doesn't take much to show off the color and the amount of each is more than I thought. Overall this seems like a great product and I'll probably buy another one when this one runs out. Additionally, the included brushes are of decent quality and a good complement to the eyeshadows.
