Disappointed with mouthguard

I bought these because they spoke of youth and they are too big for my son's mouth. My husband had to cut off the ends to wear them to soccer. I thought it was good that they came in a multipack, because children lose something very quickly. And there is a case. But unfortunately the size is too big for my little soccer player. Maybe for older teenagers
