Very worrying that this product does not contain soy. This product does not list any ingredient other than whey, but it clearly contains sunflower or soy lecithin. Of concern is the fact that no soy is mentioned, most likely soy lecithin. The taste and texture of the product make the addition of lecithin obvious. The company that makes this product ignores all questions about lecithin, except for claims that their flavored products contain lecithin. It is illegal not to list what is in the product in the ingredients. If you have problems with lecithin but no problems with milk, whey, dairy and lactose and you are using this product and you are scratching your head and wondering why it is causing you digestive problems or other symptoms, the answer lies in the product Lecithin to add.
