Love these pads on my review.

I suffer from chronic backpain. These pads are really helpful. Every morning i warm up two of these to relax my very tight back. When my pain is more severe I warm up three or four of these and lay down in bed or use these in a recliner and they really help to relax my back and ease my pain.

Pros

I 100% recommend this heating pad. also it can be used as a cold pad, or a holder for another cold pad.

Cons

Needs to be microwaved, which can be inconvenient if you don't have access to a microwave
