This is a quality product but it is very difficult to connect correctly. The strength of the wires makes this very difficult. The downside is that the instructions are in millimeters, not inches, and the length of the cable and the amount of jacket removed are critical to a quality installation. The instructions also state that before laying the wires, the cable must be assembled. That does not work. Install the wires first, then secure the cable. And finally, it is extremely difficult to properly connect the ground wire. I ended up putting solderless connectors (2) on top of the ground wire for tangle-free installation. The space where you need to install the ground wires is very small and wraps around the 110v wire. It needs to be very clean so you don't short out the 110v wire. If you get it wrong you will be in big trouble.
