Does not deliver promised results
As a health and household enthusiast, I was disappointed with this product. As a result of using this product, I found that it did not support my exercise recovery as promised. The cla softgels were unpleasant to swallow and had a foul aftertaste. The only pro is the affordable price, but the cons outweighed any benefit. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for effective sports nutrition.
