Bought this monitor on Black Friday a little less than a year ago. Up until the last few weeks, electrical noise was coming from the monitor's power connector. Blackouts occur when the power cord moves an inch. I decided to send this product in for warranty and not only was the support staff rude and unprofessional in emails, I also have to pay for shipping which is the full cost of what I got it for! Overall this is a decent monitor and great for day trading. Image quality is good. It would have been 5 stars if it weren't for the issues with the equipment and support team.
