Fur. You get what you pay for. The picture is good, but there are some design flaws that affect usability.

First, the curve is great and worth it. I have an LG 34WL550, which is a great monitor, but if single-screen multitasking is important to you, the non-curved widescreen requires you to turn your head a bit to see the extreme left and right edges of your work. I chose the Scepter 34-inch curved widescreen. At first I didn't really think about the fact that the height of the base isn't adjustable. Without an adjustable stand, you will not be able to view this monitor at an appropriate angle for your height/height. I found the monitor is too low on my 4.5 inch high monitor stand. You could pick it up by putting it on something else, right? NO, the damn power cord isn't long enough when the monitor is on a treadmill or bar table. The power cord is long enough to go where the monitor is now, to my power hub just below it on the floor. I'm sure you can buy a new power cord cheaply, but it's a cumbersome construction. The rear is also a bit tricky to reach if you need access to the ports. "Dynamics"-complete nonsense. I'm not a music lover, but I wanted music to play in the background while I work without taking up extra space on my desk. My $25 Bluetooth portable tribit has mind-blowing sound compared to this monitor's crappy speakers. They're pretty useless. The image quality is decent even without fine-tuning. However, I'm not a gamer, so I don't know if it will be useful for those people. In general, this is just a regular monitor. I don't know if there are better options with 34" QHD LED curved monitors at a lower price. So you get what you pay for and this monitor gets the job done, but it's not fantastic.

Pros
  • Refresh rate up to 144Hz More than twice the standard refresh rate, 144Hz gives gamers the advantage of visibility as frames change instantly without leaving a blurry image.
Cons
  • Bad viewing angles. Poor viewing angles can cause the display to appear distorted or blurry when viewed from the side or at an angle.
