Bought hoping to get a good night's sleep. I have problems with my cervical spine and I honestly can't remember the last time I slept well without medication. The package arrived quickly. It was packed in a small vacuum bag. I let it air out for a few hours. It doesn't seem very swollen. Not at all as advertised. night one I noticed a big improvement in how much I was throwing and turning. I could sleep in one position for much longer. Pleasantly surprised. My neck didn't feel as stiff. The only drawback is the lack of padding in the neck area. I ended up lifting it up a bit so my head had more support. I have a titanium plate around my neck and when my head is thrown far back it creates tension and stiffness. There is zip access at this point so I might try adding more padding. General. not bad for the price.
