About 3 months have passed without any problems! I never realized it wasn't too big until I saw it was flawed. I shoot a video every other day and use it all the time but treat it with care. It has a spot where I fold it up when not in use, so it's just a quality issue. There is a middle pole that connects to the tripod, making it strong and free! It's a twist-and-stay sort of thing, but if you move it to change the direction of the video or fold it in and out, it falls to the ground. However, I managed to get around this by using it without it, but now the legs are crooked and I don't understand why. It is very light, so with uneven legs, even if it has 3 legs, it will fall off immediately. It's so sad that it hasn't even been 6 months since it became a mess. Now I have to go buy another one. If you use a tripod frequently for work or even as a hobby, I don't recommend it.
