First order I was a little worried. After using it for 6 or 8 mountain bike rides the seams started separating the pad from the sleeve (it fell off a lot, what can I say). Began to regret spending so much money on a product that seemed so delicate. However, a quick call from Kat to her customer service department from a friend of mine (same issues) was quickly resolved. She reported that she had a short run with stitches. They asked for a photo and proof of purchase. He forwarded her email to me and within minutes I was replied to and asked about it. The next day I was informed that they had sent a replacement and disposed of my current items at their discretion. They will make a good backup pair. I received a replacement within 4 days. Great customer service and they stand behind their product. In terms of performance, they are very comfortable and breathe quite well. Did I mention that I fall often? I have not had any knee or elbow injuries while wearing these shoes.
