I've been thinking about buying a brand new stereo for my car so I can have a bluetooth connection with my phone. Basically I wanted to stream music from my phone and this does exactly that. I start the car and it beeps to indicate it's on. After a few seconds it beeps when my phone connects. Press play button for music. I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. So far there hasn't been a need to restart it or anything that others have complained about. Update: Despite my initial comment that it connects fine, after some use it sometimes fails to connect. I don't know if the problem is with this device, my phone, or Bluetooth technology in general. I sometimes have the same issues with headphones etc. It's frustrating when these things get plugged in a dozen times and then suddenly just stop. Anyway, the quickest solution I've found is to disconnect the device, enable/disable bluetooth on the phone and reconnect the device. It seems to connect immediately. Does not require re-pairing. It's hard to pin it to a star unless I'm entirely sure what the problem is.
