Before I purchased these bins I read the reviews and thought "how hard could it be to get the bins apart”! Now I know……I did tear some skin off my knuckles in the process and thank goodness for the review about soaking them in the bath tub. Even after all that, it was extremely difficult to get them apart. There is no air between the bins so they are almost stuck like glue. I did not give up and finally got them apart but now I need a shower and a stiff drink. I sent an email to the manufacturer from their website and hopefully they will change their packing process.
