Clean the cartridges with an alcohol wipe as recommended. I tried to find a product support contact on Ink Docs and on Amazon. No phone numbers or email addresses were found, only promises that the cartridges are covered by a warranty of up to a year. What good is a guarantee if there is no way to contact the seller?
