The condition is good, but the dimensions do not correspond to reality.

Item received in fair condition, slightly warped but no problem. What I didn't like is that the sizes are off. I ordered 12x24 which is 11 7/8 x 23 7/8. Not a huge difference but I bought these sizes specifically for my project and this is the stuff I paid to use but didn't get.
