The fact that it has all of my contacts at once so I don't have to call each one individually makes this software very easy for me personally! It's also super user friendly which helps when you're trying new things out as well since there are not too many steps or anything like that in between tasks/steps. Sometimes if an issue comes up with something technical they aren’t always able to help because their staff doesn’t know what we need exactly but instead just gives us general answers about how much time will take etc. So having someone who knows our business inside-out would be great though sometimes these types of issues can happen anyways no matter where your support team works from regardless of location.
