My back felt a lot better!

After reading the reviews, I let it "breathe" to eliminate the plastic smell, and to fluff up. After a few days, I used it and it has been so helpful! I have a pillow cover and a case on it, so even if there still is a smell, I don't notice it at all. The support under my neck is perfect. It has really diminished my back pain. The weight of it keeps it in place too, so I don't have to worry about it shifting around in the night. I highly recommend this if you like support under your neck!
