Review on Plantronics 202581 01 Wired Headset Silver by Nate Skinner

Based on the two DSP400 models, the older one was good, the new one was average, this model comes last in terms of suitability. The arms don't reach low enough for the earcups to cover the ears, and the top bar doesn't press on the top of the head. Not very comfortable at all, hope it gets better after a few days of use. Sound quality is good but with clear digital sound likely to be ANR triggered even in quiet environments. As someone else pointed out, the mic is always hot even when not on a call - that's bad software design. Overall, this is a decent headset with plenty of room for improvement. Unfortunately, I am not sure if there is anything better at the moment.
