Agree with other comments. The noise cancellation seems overrated. The headset's speakers sounded good during a conference call, but when on a call (using Skype for Business) the audio had a "pounding bass quality". I like the foldable design, but the sound quality isn't worth the "premium" price tag.

Ordered this for the convenience despite the negative reviews. The build quality and style seem great, but I immediately understood what other people were talking about: the strap is uncomfortable on my head. More importantly, it doesn't stretch far enough to fit my admittedly larger than average head. However, this is the first time I've had an issue with headphones or a headset that isn't big enough. I have returned this item.

I found the headband to be too wide and bulky, the adjustment of the earcups never let them sit comfortably in my ears, and the boom mic didn't have enough adjustment for the position I thought it should have been be. Active noise cancellation is grossly overrated unless you're making all your calls in a noisy coffee shop. To be honest I didn't notice much of a difference in a normal office environment with the function on or off and there was no comfort all day so I returned it.

While the noise cancellation and overall quality is good, I find this headset to be lacking in ergonomics. The strap is adjustable, but it's small and doesn't hold the right size (too little friction in the adjustment brackets) and the headset won't stay on my head because the strap is too rounded, which doesn't provide proper stability (it falls easily forward if I tilt my head too much)). Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about. I bought several of these for our office. The sound quality is crystal clear, the noise canceling does not block out all noises, but eliminates static noises such as a printer etc. Exactly what you need in the office. Based on the two DSP400 models, the older one was good, the new one was average, this model comes last in terms of suitability. The arms don't reach low enough for the earcups to cover the ears, and the top bar doesn't press on the top of the head. Not very comfortable at all, hope it gets better after a few days of use.
