Review on Plantronics 202581 01 Wired Headset Silver by Justin Puranik

Not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about. I bought several of these for our office. The sound quality is crystal clear, the noise canceling does not block out all noises, but eliminates static noises such as a printer etc. Exactly what you need in the office. I bought at least 5 other headsets including a Plantronics wireless headset to find the right one. Nothing compares to the sound or voice quality of this headset. Also, I run a business call center and require a wired headset if you are on the phone more than 6 hours a day.
