2011 Outback with no existing holes

I purchased a 2011 Outback in a condition that did not require a front license plate. It was extremely easy to install and came with all the hardware required. The only items I needed were a 1/8" drill bit, a 3/8" drill bit, a drill bit, and a Phillips screwdriver (I used a bit for my drill bit). My car didn't have mounting holes, but it did have standard "dimples" in the front bumper that were perfect for drilling holes. I decided to mark my drill bits 7/8" from the tip as suggested in the instructions so as not to drill too deep. I drilled the holes and then inserted the well nuts. Attach to my bumper with the hardware provided. Be Be very careful when tightening the machine screws in the chute nuts with an electric drill, slow and careful not to overtighten, stop once they are snug, I have a feeling a second set of washers would take an inch or two should be added deeper to prevent the mount from wobbling under pressure such as washing a car.I then attached my plate and frame to the mount and inserted the mounting screws.I feel like I'm with I went to the OEM with this item and it was well worth the money spent, it was designed specifically for this generation of Subaru which gave me who knows how much time to troubleshoot che that usually accompanies generic faucets. I highly recommend it.
