Great experience overall!!: ClienTrax

They can help me handle my billing. I can track what is being done, who is doing the work, and what's coming in or moving out of my practice. If something goes wrong they will help me find what I am looking for and where I can look next. There are still things we can't look at to see if something is there or not. They have a great support team but they have limited to almost no contact with the users. Go for it! They've reduced the amount of time we spend doing back-office tasks. We also enjoy using the time tracking. I like that we are able for our clients' medical records be stored online as well in this is great! It also has other benefits such as emailing prescriptions etc which can't store at my office or home but it does have those things so no complaints there yet either if thats something important i guess? Nothing really dislike about anything just nothing right now lol maybe they should add more services/features though since its free software then why wouldnt all vet techs use them?!

  • The ease factor especially when you get your own logins into clienttrax instead having an admin do everything.it makes life easier!! :)
Cons
  • Not much honestly..just wish sometimes their system crashes
