Review on ๐Ÿก YOLENY 12'x12' Hardtop Gazebo with Polycarbonate Roof, Aluminum Frame and Curtains - Ideal Sunshade for Garden, Patio, Lawns by Mick Ohlrogge

This wonโ€™t keep you cool.

I read the great reviews and it made me comfortable shelling out a crazy amount of money for some overseas flat pack that I knew would be a pain to assemble.I made it a point to not rush through assembly because when you get frustrated with this stuff you end up messing up parts, so I very much took my time even though 3+ pieces didnโ€™t even have the proper holes drilled in them.3 days later of slow assembly and Iโ€™m so excited to finally enjoy my replacement of my breeze swinging umbrella to keep me and my wife coolโ€ฆand it turns out we purchased whatโ€™s essentially a greenhouse. Itโ€™s a mild 73 degrees here today and the sun on the polycarbonate roof not only blocks basically zero sun but gathers and radiates it down. I say this from my hammock where it is literally hotter under the gazebo than it is 10โ€™ away in the sun.I really wanted this for a blocker of the buggy Midwest evenings and a comfortable place to cool off out of the sun on a hot day and it appears it does the exact opposite. Having came in a 138 lb and 39 lb package and after 8 hours of assembly time it looks like Iโ€™m stuck with it.
