My choice fell on Venta! But my joy was short-lived; after I had been employed there for a little over a month, the automatic car wash suddenly ceased functioning (as I was subsequently informed in the service center, "you just got unlucky"). The fact that the service facility is located 100 kilometers away from me in Hong Kong, as well as the fact that the New Year's holidays were still to come, meant that I was unable to use the gadget until February. But! They told me that the serial number on the gadget and in the guarantee were required, but they did not take it from me. The coupon is invalid, and they promised free maintenance, citing the fact that "particularly because you didn't buy it from us, but it's not known where you bought it from." It was later discovered that the "employee" of the center simply had not been instructed in the proper way to check the numbers. 22 - this is acceptable! They promised to call within two weeks, but I haven't heard from them. I'm calling to report a catastrophic failure, and they're going to start coordinating the shipment of the required component right away. After two weeks of trying, they still couldn't come to an agreement on the delivery?! I phone again a week later to tell you that I would not be coming. "And in general, are you aware of the issues that are currently confronting the nation?!!" I called today since the replacement component did not arrive, and they told me that "it all depends on the office in Hong Kong." Then I called Hong Kong, and they told me that I should deal with the service center instead of calling them. I called the service center once more and they confirmed that it was necessary. The replacement component will be here in three days. It was shipped to you via expedited shipping! The message was just sent out today! What did the employees of the company do for the better part of a month?! This is in spite of the fact that I reminded them of themselves on a frequent basis! They have not even bothered to give me a call, and all they have to say in response to my inquiry regarding the due dates is that they are unhappy. with the right employee (so that the person could not stand it and interrupt the call), in the end - “by law, we have the right to repair 45 days!” I am so grateful to you! That is how I came to get a humidifier that is considered "reliable." PS. I am sure that if the company's employees were more responsible and sympathetic to people (especially since I said that a humidifier is necessary for a sick child), the repair could have been completed long ago
