This backpack is a complete disappointment.Based on my observations, the quality of this product is subpar, resembling cheap luggage. The zippers constantly get stuck and are frustratingly difficult to open and close. The shoulder straps are uncomfortable and lack proper padding, making it a pain to carry. On the bright side it does have a charging port for convenience. However, given its overall poor quality, this is hardly a redeeming factor. Save yourself the trouble and invest in a better laptop backpack..
