Belts are painful in my opinion.
These sandals offer great support, but the straps that go through my foot just under my toes bruise my feet.
There is a plastic clamp that rubs against my legs leaving bruises. Because of this I can't wear them.

Cons
- If you like big chunky shoes these are perfect for you. There is at least an extra 1/2 inch around your foot.
