A good thin thread is great for sewing or quilting on a long arm. Good value for money!

This is the first time buying this thread. So far I have used it for sewing and all my old sewing machines love this thread. My friend brought some buckles a while back and we tried it on a long arm and it works great there too. I have loved sewing all my life and have chosen Coats and Clarks threads. I love their cotton thread with polypropylene wrapping. And suddenly there were only yarns made of 100% polyester in the local shops. Okay, so he learned to love too. I could buy 500 yard rolls for about $1.50 to $1.75. Then C&C's price skyrocketed ($3.50 per spool) and reduced the number of yards per spool to such a small number (I could only wind 3.5 spools and the spool was empty) that I started looking elsewhere looking for good thread at reasonable prices Priced with enough thread on the spool to get through the seams, at least on a comforter. And the C&C thread was really fuzzy, it always was, but that's all I knew. It won't tear, makes a good strong stitch and is thinner than the C&C thread I used to sew. The price per meter is also very good.

Pros
  • Country of origin: Italy
Cons
  • Big and bulky
