I've always used tape but I had a Les Mills Body Pump Trainer whose husband is a physical therapist. I had problems and tried CT tapes. So I asked him about it and he said Rock Tape #1 and KT Tape #2. I only recently had the money to try this, so I did. and I just had to remove the tape from my legs that I put on last Monday (January 15th) and it's pretty tough! I've bathed and showered every day, even scrubbed them with a washcloth, and they were still as tight as they were put on. they barely pulled a little when I wore them, but that's because I didn't wear knee socks over them. Also, I haven't shaved my legs before (I know some ladies say god no!) and it actually helped a lot! The glue sticks better through the hair and I really like this kinesiology tape.
