Not a bad purchase, worth the money.

For 6 months of normal, daily use, nothing happened to the chair. If the pillow is not comfortable - try fixing it on the straps below the head under the back of the head.
If you could not find the fasteners, then they are screwed into the chair itself and need to be unscrewed. Recently, the manufacturer decided not to put them separately, but to screw them directly into the chair.

Pros

+ Easy to assemble (includes a hexagon and a cross screwdriver) + Easy to adjust + Great pillows + Good workmanship and processing of materials in contact with the skin

Cons

- Play at the armrests -Armrests can not be fixed that did not go back and forth -Dust, etc. is clogged into places on the sides in the place where you sit
