Not a bad purchase, worth the money.
For 6 months of normal, daily use, nothing happened to the chair. If the pillow is not comfortable - try fixing it on the straps below the head under the back of the head. If you could not find the fasteners, then they are screwed into the chair itself and need to be unscrewed. Recently, the manufacturer decided not to put them separately, but to screw them directly into the chair.
