Yes it is a wireless mouse as described. However, the cursor disappears every time the mouse is not used for about a minute. If you leave the cursor somewhere to find it again, it won't be where you left it. When you click the mouse, an arrow will appear somewhere, but good luck finding it. If you double-click (or more) while trying to find the arrow, it will take you where you don't want to go, change screens, or turn the entire screen black. (I have friends who have the same problem, so it's not just that after 25 years of working with a computer I've forgotten how to use a mouse.) If you like frustrating adventures, definitely buy this mouse . Otherwise not much. (Also, the battery was dead 2 weeks after receipt.)
