I have used Macally mice for years but this mouse was very disappointing. I need precision when scrolling - on the web or in Word, PowerPoint or Excel - and this mouse causes jumps or slips and when I scroll up it scrolls down. Very unreliable and unpredictable scroller. You need to find a better and more reliable mouse for scrolling.

Yes it is a wireless mouse as described. However, the cursor disappears every time the mouse is not used for about a minute. If you leave the cursor somewhere to find it again, it won't be where you left it. When you click the mouse, an arrow will appear somewhere, but good luck finding it.
