UPDATE: I loved this lamp until it died a few days ago. I bought it in July 2020 so I expected it to last longer. At least it took longer than the person who said it did, several days. It certainly didn't last as long as the person who said it worked 4 or 5 years. Back to normal light. Just click to turn it on or off. It attaches directly to my laptop and can be rotated in different directions. This is a very bright light and can be dimmed simply by holding your finger on the light. It doesn't take up space on your desk and plugs directly into your laptop's USB port. So far, so good!
