The ability to easily create campaigns, track performance of each campaign at an individual level which is key when it comes time do decide how much you want people in your database/email list! Nothing yet but I've heard there are some minor glitches with email delivery that they're working through so this could be something we look into as well if needed. It's nice having all data combined together (in one place) instead or trying different platforms from other companies where sometimes things can get lost during transition between systems - even though both services may claim otherwise!! Our team has been able see everything about their clients online via Journey 121 including what products were purchased recently etc., allowing us make recommendations more effectively than ever before.
