The ability to easily create campaigns, track performance of each campaign at an individual level which is key when it comes time do decide how much you want people in your database/email list! Nothing yet but I've heard there are some minor glitches with email delivery that they're working through so this could be something we look into as well if needed. The customer service is amazing! I have been using Journey121 for over 5 years now and they have never let me down! They are always there when you need them, whether it be a question or an issue. The most amazing thing about journey is that it has so many features, I mean its like an encyclopedia of everything in one place! It's not cheap but honestly there are no other programs out their as good or better than this software. If you want to do things right then go with Journeys services because they have all your bases covered when doing business online. They really care about what customers think; if something isn't working great they will fix it ASAP. There aren't too much downsides…
