The finish on them is a bit rough in texture but smooth and even unlike other Imlact tips I've bought. The thickness of the walls is the same as the new sockets, so thin but sufficient. I haven't used them much as I've only had them for 1 month but I'm sure they will last for years. I like the included tray to keep them neat in the tool box drawer.
