Review on USAGA by Kyle Deel

I recently bought something from USAGA's online store in the hopes of finding some premium massage items to ease my back discomfort. However, I was utterly dissatisfied with the goods I got. First off, using the massage balls I ordered was quite painful and difficult. They were supposed to soothe achy muscles, but all they did was aggravate my discomfort. The foam roller I bought was also of very poor quality. After just a few usage, the foam started to tear, and it started to lose its shape. Additionally, USAGA's customer service was utterly appalling. They responded to my attempts to contact them with my complaints in an unhelpful and disrespectful manner. They didn't want to hear my issues, and they didn't have any suggestions for improvement. My overall relationship with USAGA was quite disappointing. To anyone looking for high-quality massage tools and supplies, I would not suggest this website. The customer support is unpleasant and useless, and the products are of subpar quality.
